He played made just 2 starts and 5 sub appearances scoring two goals in the process and was at Elland Road for 11 months. After he left Leon went out of his way to thanks the Leeds fans who had always made he feel so welcome when he was sat in the stands with them watching the matches during his lengthy injuries. He will always receive a warm welcome back at Elland Road.

Antnony signed on transfer deadline day January 2008. That was the day after Gary McAllister took over from Dennis Wise as manager. He was pleased as his family are Leeds United supporters.

McAllister made it clear to Anthony that he was not in his plans for the 2008-09 season. Crewe Alexandra renewed there interest in him in the summer but Elding turned them down saying that he preferred to stay and fight for his place. There was general agreement among Leeds fans that he had not been given a chance.

On July 10 2008 McAllister referred to the fact that there was still outside interest in Elding.

Anthony finally completed his move to Crewe Alexandra on 24th July 2008 after they cam back in for him a second time. We wish him well at his new club.

Seb Sorsa joined Leeds from HJK Helsinki, where he had played for four years, for former Leeds United manager Dennis Wise.

Seb never made an appearance for Leeds United in any competition. His 2008-09 squad number of 38 suggested that he was not in McAllister's plans for the season and so it proved when he signed for Scottish Premier League new boys Hamilton Academicals in their first season back in the top flight for 20 years.

Seb was on the Accies bench for their opening game win over Dundee Utd.

Curtis was signed by Dennis Wise from Wise's former club, Swindon town. Weston had followed Wise to Swindon from Millwall, so much was expected of the youngest ever FA Cup-finalist. However, he never really got going under Wise before the manager departed in January 2008.

Weston played no role under new Leeds Utd manager Gary McAllister and he was loaned out towards the the end of the 2007-08 season and was expected to be transferred during the summer.

This seemed to be confirmed by the squad number he has been given for 2008-09, number 40.

Start of August and Scottish Premier League team Hibs were reported to be give Curtis a trial. However, on 1 August 2008, it was announced that Leeds Utd have sent Curtis on loan to League Two side Gillingham FC for twenty eight days.

Curtis made his debut for Gillingham away at Bournemouth on 9 August 2008. He was substituted in the 69th minute when Gillingham were trailing to a Darren Anderton goal. Gillingham equalised in the 90th minute.

On 27 August 2008 it was announced that Curtis had signed a two-year deal with Gillingham that will keep him at the Priestfield Stadium until the end of the 2009-10 season.
