Two Scum Players Face Prison Today 3rd March 2005 :: by ScumWatch T wo Scumchester United players, Mads Timm, 20, and Callum Flanagan, 19 are facing prison terms today following high-speed road race which ended in a crash involving an innocent member of the public, Angela Bourne, who was injured. A fellow junior Orc who was a passenger in Flanagan's crashed car was also injured. ScumWatch covered the details of this sorry tale back when the Orcs were found guilty by a Manchester Crown Court jury. The maximum sentence for dangerous driving is 2 years imprisonment, though few drivers receive the maximum. However, Judge Adrian Smith told Timm, of Bowden, Cheshire, and Flanagan of Ludgate Hill, Manchester that the offences were a "serious matter" and it remains an option. Final sentence will depend on the pre-sentence reports that Judge Smith called for when he adjourned the case after the guilty verdict. Reaction from Scumchester United to the guilty verdict?
