Man Utd Humped By City Man City 3 Man Ure 1 14th Jan 2006 :: by ScumWatch M anchester United's challenge to become the second-best team in England hit the buffers at full speed at the City of Manchester Stadium this lunchtime. Sir Alex Fergybum is probably regretting saying yesterday that the atmosphere at the Stadium was not intimidating. Trevor Sinclair and Darius Vassell had put City 2-0 before Chritiano Ronaldo was dismissed for a reckless, studs-showing, lunge at a City player. The tackle missed but he was sent off for intent! Presumably someone had commented on the little black cocktail dress he was wearing at the time! Previously Pain Looney was booked for having a rant at the referee, but as he looked the referee afterwards his response can clearly be seen to call him a "fucking twat". So we await action by the FA on that one. Rude van Horseface pulled a goal back for the Orcs but substitute and ex-Leeds United striker Robbie Fowler scored a third in the 90th minute to finish off the game.
