Young Leeds United striker Andy Keogh
has agreed terms with Scunthorpe United on a three-year deal. However, the Irish 19-year-old will unavailable for Iron's Friday game at Southend after being away on international duty all week which has held up the deal.
Iron manager Brian Laws told BBC Radio Humberside:
"Hopefully, Keogh will come for a medical on Monday and we'll get it all done and dusted."
The addition of Rob Hulse means that the young strikers of Leeds are even less likely to get a game. Chairman Bates said that Blackwell had identified five young players who were not going to make the grade and their release had freed up wages for the likes of Michael Gray
