Canadian utility player on trial at Elland Road

Canadian under-23 international Marcus Haber has joined Leeds United for a trial from Dutch club FC Groningen.
The 1.92m (6ft 3.5 in) youngster can play both centre forward and centre back, just like the Leeds United’s late great John Charles.
The nineteen year old has joined the pre-season tour of Ireland.
Marcus was born and brought up in Vancouver, British Columbia and has represented his country at U-17, U-20 and U-23 level. He is regarded as one of Canada’s top footballing prospects.
