Leeds United announce ticket sponsor for 2008/09
Leeds United have announced that the Crosswater Holdings Group will be their official ticket sponsor for the coming 2008/09 season.
Leeds United have agreed a deal worth six-figures that will mean the sponsor’s details will be on season ticket, wallets, team-sheets, fixture cards, and the official club handbook.
David Hance, the managing director of Crosswater Holdings, said on the club’s official website, leedsunited.com,
“It is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with a club that has inspired me so much personally and, now on a professional level too, is something a lifelong fan dreams of.
“The Crosswater Holdings Group is delighted to be partnered with Leeds United and looks forward to the start of another successful season.”
It’s good to see that whatever happens in the play-offs the debt-free Leeds United is pulling the necessary funds to finance the next campaign and a better squad.
It is also good to see real Leeds fans, who are in business, putting their hand in their pocket to assist the club - unlike all those phantom millionaire Leeds fans who were rumoured for months to be going to buy the club before Ken Bates stepped in to save the club.
